Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Noemie!

Former corporate go-getter and self-proclaimed Queen of Bad Habits.

Over the last five years, I’ve quit drinking, stopped smoking, lost 20 kilos, rebuilt my health, and completely rewired my relationship with myself.

I’ve recovered from burnout, kicked people-pleasing, stopped chasing perfection (ok maybe that one is still a work in progress 🙃), and finally learned how to say no without guilt.

I didn’t do it through hacks or hustle. I did it by intentionally designing a life that feels good, works for me, and lights me up 🤩.

Now I help others do the same. After years of trial (and plenty of error), I became a Certified Health Coach and turned everything I learned (the hard way) into the framework I wish I had when I needed it most.

Because staying stuck doesn’t just drain your energy. It chips away at your confidence, clarity, and sense of self. And you deserve so much better than that!
