Over the last five years, I’ve quit drinking, stopped smoking, lost 20 kilos, rebuilt my health, and completely rewired my relationship with myself. I’ve bounced back from burnout, kicked people-pleasing, stopped chasing perfection (ok, still working on that one 😉), and finally learned how to say no, without guilt.

Now I help others do the same. After years of trial and plenty of error, I became a Certified Health Coach and turned everything I learned into the framework I wish I'd had when I was stuck, exhausted, and ready for change.

I didn’t do it through hacks or hustle. I did it with good therapy, bold boundaries and intentionally designing a life that feels good, works for me, and absolutely lights me up 🤩.
